The TIBESAR family created a family archive back in the 90’s. The original site was written in HTML using Notepad and, the website did not contain a database. The content within this very large archive soon became unmanageable. The non-profit group requested we transfer the site to a Content Management System (CMS) that would enable archive documents and photos to be easily tagged, organized and found by all family members. This complex project was made up of over 1,000 documents and 12,000 photos.
The Tibesar Archives wanted to link each family member’s documents and create a photo album for each member too. This would allow each living family member to quickly find their important documents including birth certificates, baptismal certificates, school records, wedding and marriage licenses, newspaper articles, awards, diplomas and other important memories. We used a custom application called Organize Series that linked each member’s records and allowed also the grouping of documents by family group.

The family wanted a logo which represented all family members located in Europe (Belgium) and America (United States). Additionally, they wanted the Anton Tibesar family shown in the graphic since he was the first Tibesar to emigrate to the States.
Designers chose a soothing, professional color palette that complimented the logo.
